LAB Liquid Index
The LAB Liquid Index seeks to track the aggregate returns of the hedge fund industry, as represented by the HedgeIndex Main Index. The LAB Liquid Index is a research-informed, rules-based structural model comprising three sub-indexes: LAB Long/Short Liquid Index, LAB Event Driven Liquid Index, and LAB Global Strategies Liquid Index. The LAB Liquid Index references liquid, tradable instruments, which enables it to serve as a robust proxy for the hedge fund industry while maintaining liquidity, transparency, and cost-efficient investability.
The LAB Liquid Index went live on January 1, 2010, and is published daily.
